The first step in the process in building the Enterprise is to set a baseline. We want to know how it is currently positioned and how the key people in the business currently feel about it.
As such, we want the Owners to take the following survey, along with a couple of your key executives who you want on this journey. We want to understand the “Enterprise Context”
Fill in the attached form and this will get you started. The survey output will be collated by our partners at the Advisory Board Centre who will forward the results back to your nominated Advisor to share and debrief with you.
