The final phase of the F2O Oversight establishment phase is locking in the Enterprise Roadmap. This will be built from the materials established in the Enterprise Intent phase and it will work to ensure you have the right structure for the board, identify the types of skills you need to support the owners, and lock in the necessary meetings for the next 12 months.
Specifically, the Enterprise Roadmap stage will:
- Establish your board structure
- Create Board Charter
- Create Board Calendar
- Create Board Agenda / Minutes / Papers templates
- Create Board Skills matrix
- Provide guidance for Director selection
- Agree any ongoing F2O Oversight monitoring processes
