There are two tools that we use for this, and they will be introduced to you in the workshop for this step. They are:
• Value Chain Analysis
• Business Cycle Mapping
These two tools provide alternative methods of establishing a baseline of the strategic phase for your business and what your strategic priorities are. This will then be used to target the types of specialist advisors required to best support your set of strategic initiatives.
As you might expect, this process may lead to a refinement of the strategic initiatives that you established during the F2O BluePrint program.
